geometrical shapes
Fitness
Today we got into two groups, kowhai went with rata and nikau went with kauri. We were learning about geometrical shapes.
First, group two made a rectangle, triangle, square, and group one made a diamond and a circle. Then Mrs Raj told the whole class to get together and we all made an oval and a trapezium.
After that we said three facts about the shape we made and then we ran around the rectangular netball court.
Later on we went around the netball court looking for the shapes Mrs Raj told us to look for.
Finally we did 10 star jumps, 10 push ups, 10 step ups and touched our toes and jump as high in the air as we could.
I enjoyed doing fitness and learning about geometrical shapes.
Thank you Mrs. Raj
